MOSCOW, Mar 3 (PRIME) -- Major Russian mobile operator MTS wants to buy Multiregional Transit Telecom (MTT), belonging to former communications minister Leonid Reiman, after due diligence done in late 2020, business daily Vedomosti reported on Wednesday, quoting sources.
The sources told the daily MTS could be interested in the intellectual services developed by MTT.
The acquisition would strengthen the business of virtual automatic telephone systems and MTS’ position on the market of service for medium and small-sized enterprises, a source said.
MTS said it considers various options of expansion of the product portfolio for its business clients.
